1/2 – 3/4 cup milk (I used coconut almond)
1 1/2 – 2 cups spinach
2 strands of mint leaves (depending how minty you like it)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 frozen banana
a few ice cubes depending on what consistency you prefer
*optional: 1 tsp mint extract or 1 tsp vanilla extract
Works without the protein powder, it will just have a thinner consistency. You may want to add more milk or ice for a thinker shake-like texture.
Blend it all up. Drink. Be merry. Make another.
